Charter - Booking Procedure

BOOKING PROCEDURE

Booking a crewed yacht is not a complicated procedure. Simply contact us by telephone, fax, e-mail or letter, with the following details
Type of yacht required (motor yacht, motor sailers, crewed sailing yacht)
1. The approximate number of persons in your party
2. The daily price range which you wish to pay
3. Definite or approximate dates for your charter
4. Any special requirements or equipment (water skis, scuba equipment etc)
We will then reply to you with details of the yachts which suit your requirements and their availability and also send you the brochures for those yachts. Once you have looked at these, we strongly recommend that you contact us and make a provisional booking valid for 7 days. Early booking will help to guarantee the yacht of your choice.
Once a yacht has been selected and its availability confirmed, a charter contract is drawn up and sent for your signature. Reservation of the yacht becomes final upon receipt of your signed contract and the agreed deposit, which is usually 50% of the total charter fee. The balance is payable to us two weeks prior to your departure date.
The daily charter rates include yacht insurance, fuel, the crews food and wages, port dues within Greek waters, ships laundry and fresh water. Passengers meals, drinks, personal laundry and Corinth canal dues, are not included.
BROKERAGE, SALES AND PURCHASES
Brokerage plays an important role in our business strategy. We have built up over many years, detailed knowledge of boats, both in Greece and in other Mediterranean countries which are or may be, for sale as well as of their value, general condition and history. Our contacts with and knowledge of owners, boat yards and boat builders throughout the region, are extensive. We will be happy to advise you as to boats which are available and meet your requirements.
